With Raphael von Hoensbroech, while seated on stage with Colorado Symphony musicians, participants will experience the implementation of effective leadership through a conductor's relationship with musicians. Executives will experience the world of the conductor who is responsible for team performance yet doesn’t directly participate in operational output from a group of highly specialized experts. In real time, participants will observe how trust impacts leadership and influence.
