ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATIONS
FOR PATRONS AND VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES![]()
![]()
These accessibility guidelines are intended to provide you with all the necessary information to make your visit to one of our venues memorable and as enjoyable as possible. Please note that the Bonfils Theatre and the Garner Galleria Theatre are located within the Complex but operated by separate organizations. See the ticketing contact information below.
The City of Denver is committed to ensuring that its venues are accessible to people with disabilities. We take pride in providing services and accommodations that make the whole entertainment experience special.
Theatres & Arenas provides wheelchair accessible and companion seating locations in each of our venues. We have a policy regarding the sale of tickets for such accessible seats which each entity renting our buildings must follow. We also provide Sennheiser assistive listening devices in each facility.
Please note that Theatres & Arenas does not sell tickets nor operate a box office. Many people get us confused with our clients and think that because the show is in our building that we sell the tickets for the show. The venues have box offices in them but they are generally staffed the night of an event by the event’s box office staff.
For purchase of accessible seating you should contact the ticket selling entity for that event.
If you need any special assistance during your visit with us at the Complex, please contact our Guest Services Manager for the Arts Complex, Meredith Carson. You may reach her by telephone at
(720) 865-4242, by TTY at (303) 640-1026, by fax at (720) 865-4247, or by email at meredith.carson@denvergove.org.
For general accessibility questions you may also contact Jennifer Macy by telephone at (720) 865-4224, by TTY at (303) 640-1026, by fax at (720)865-4246, or by email at jennifer.macy@denvergov.org.

If all non-accessible seating in the venue sells out, the remaining unsold accessible seating may be released for sale to the general public according to the following schedule:

b) One week (168 hours) before a performance, one-half of the remaining unsold designated accessible seats may be released for sale to the general public;
c) Within twenty-four (24) hours of the performance, any remaining unsold designated accessible seats may be released for sale to the general public.
Parking
![]()
There are two parking structures located at or close by the Complex. The DPAC Garage is adjacent to theatres and can be accessed on Arapahoe Street between 13th and 14th Streets, or underneath DPAC on 13th Street between Arapahoe and Champa. Accessible parking is located on Levels 3, 4 and 5 . The accessible spaces are located by the elevators and are signed and ramped. Patrons should take the elevator to Level 3 (the Galleria) to enter the theatres. This garage fills quickly and is quite crowded just before an event so please allow ample time if you plan on using this garage.
The Colorado Convention Center Garage is attached to the convention center and is located at Speer Blvd. and Champa Street. Access to the garage is from Speer Blvd. right before Champa Street. There are accessible parking spaces on all levels located close to the elevators. Patrons should use the Z2 elevator on the Champa Street side to “DPAC Bridge Level” and take the pedestrian overpass over Champa to the Complex. Take the elevator on the far side of the bridge to GL and continue on to the Arts Complex. Patrons may also use the street level to access the Complex, but the route is more complicated and requires using either the DPAC garage elevator under 13th Street, or going north on Champa to 14th Street and turning left to the Curtis Street entrance.
Additional parking is available in surface lots near the Complex. The following is a list of facilities located in the Denver Performing Arts Complex:
Ellie Caulkins Opera House in the Quigg Newton Denver Municipal Auditorium which also houses the Chambers-Grant Salon and Kevin Taylor’s at the Opera House restaurant.

Boettcher Concert Hall
